If a beneficiary or a potential beneficiary of a will feels that they have either not properly provided for in the will or excluded then they have the right to contest the distribution of the Estate.

We fully recognise that disputes between family members and/or executors can be very difficult. We have the expertise to sensitively and sympathetically approach such disputes with the aim of resolving them without the need for Court proceedings.

Our Contentious Probate Department has expertise in providing both claimants, as well as executors with advice and legal representation concerning contested wills.
