Patricia is a Solicitor in the Housing Department at Sternberg Reed and is based at the Barking office.

She has extensive experience in the areas of social housing, landlord and tenant and immigration. Handling both public and private sector cases.

She assists both landlords and tenants in a wide range of housing law matters including; homelessness, appeals and allocations – disrepair, possession hearings and proceedings and tenancy disputes. Patricia can also undertake a large number of cases involving anti-social behaviour assisting in matters that involve domestic violence, injunctions, harassment and quiet enjoyment.

Patricia is passionate about her work and works closely with her clients to ensure the best outcome for them. She adapts a pragmatic approach to ensure the process is less stressful and that the best results are achieved for clients under the circumstances.
