He assists clients accused of a range of offences from the outset of their case.

Notable Cases

Jan 2016 – Basildon Police Station. Death by Dangerous Driving.

Advised client to give a full account of the road traffic accident.

Result: Client bailed pending ongoing police enquiries.

Jan 2016 – Fresh Wharf Police Station. GBH and Perverting Course of Justice.

Advised client to give an account of how her husband came to suffer a stab wound and explain her actions as to why she washed all the clothes she was wearing at the time.

Result: No further action.

Jan 2016 – Charing Cross Police Station. Drink Driving.

Former Government Minister, advised client to give an explanation for his actions and to apologise.

Result: 12 month driving ban.

Feb 2016 – Grays Police Station. Theft of Motor Vehicle.

Bailiffs attempted to seize client’s car to which the client drove it away and hid it.

Representations made to the duty Inspector pointing out that bailiffs did not have a valid court order and client should never have been arrested. Inspector ordered release of client and no further action to be taken against him.

Feb 2016 – Islington Police Station. Conveying a Class A Article into Prison.

Client suspected of passing drugs to a prisoner under the table during visiting time.

Advised client to make a ‘no comment interview’ whilst pointing out to the investigating officer after the interview that all the tables in the visiting area were solid, so nothing could be passed ‘under’ them!

Result client bailed pending further cctv analysis.

Mar 2016 – Wembley Police Station. Attempted Murder.

Client and another suspected of stabbing client’s ex-partner during an altercation.

Advised client to give a full account of the incident.

Result: No further action, client is now being treated as a witness by police.
