• Acting for a builder who suffered a knee injury following a trip on an exposed girder on a grass verge. Our client recovered £35,000 in compensation.

• A female client suffered injury to her lower leg when a shower door fell off its fixings and struck her a glancing blow. She developed a complex regional pain syndrome and recovered a compensation of approximately £120,000.

• Damages of £7,500 were recovered for a client who tripped as a result of an exposed rubber gasket from a water company inspection point, suffering an injury to his back.
