Law Society Excellence Awards 2017 – Winners

We are pleased to announce we have been awarded this year’s Law Society Excellence Award in the category of Learning and Development.

The award was given in recognition of our “widely acclaimed” and “outstanding Associate and Partner Development programme.” Our programme is industry leading and has been proven to provide a highly effective framework for staff development. We are extremely proud of the results our team have been able to achieve under the programme and the subsequent positive impact this has had on our clients and the Firm as a whole.

Learning and development has always been at the core of everything we do. Our staff are our highly valued and we are keen to ensure everyone is given opportunity to maximise their potential. Our programme is unique in that it is tailored to the needs of our staff at every level of their career and works to place them in a role which maximises their strengths, providing them with specific opportunities to further develop their skills. One to one mentoring is also provided alongside a dynamic internal training plan. This provides the practical support individuals need in order to succeed.

Below are some of the pictures from the night, which was attended by 10 of our staff and Partners whom have been directly involved in the programme.
