Hacking Case Success for Sternberg Reed Serious Crime Team

Richard Cooper of our Serious Crime Team, has recently concluded representation of two defendants accused of unlawfully accessing the computer system of Gordon Ramsay Holdings Ltd during the course of a feud between the celebrity chef and his in-laws. In the case of B, the Crown was persuaded and offered no evidence. Richard’s other client received a suspended sentence.
