Due to continued growth we require a NQ to 1 year PQE Employment Solicitor to join our Civil Department. The PQE above is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.You will handle a broad range of claimant and litigation work, dealing with matters including grievances, Employment Tribunal claims, unfair dismissal and discrimination, maternity and pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment and compromise agreements. Litigation experience preferred.Candidates should have excellent knowledge and practical experience of UK employment law and be up-to-date with recent developments.This position is based in our Barking office but the successful candidate may be expected to work from any of our other offices as and when required.This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, 24 days a year annual leave.
